Basic information

The scale of this broiler farm project is find out about the estimation of raising 25,000 broilers on broiler floor system, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg. In order to ensure enough living space for the chickens, we design to breed 15 broilers per square meter. The dimension of broiler floor system is designed to make the birds have a healthy living. The dimension of the broiler house is 112m long, 15m wide and 2.5m high

The breeding cycle of broilers is short, the use of broiler floor system can minimize the initial investment cost, and the use of automatic feeding and drinking lines can reduce labour costs, a chicken house only needs 1-2 workers to ensure lesser load of work in the poultry farm. Broiler floor system is a method adopted before the invention of cage. This process involves the raising of chicken on the floor which is commonly known as slatted floor raising

First of all, the quantitative advantage is very clear. Cage farming mode can breed more than three times flocks in the same chicken house area than the flat raising. So, the density of flat rearing chickens is relatively small. Only if the chicken houses are relatively large, then you may breed more chickens. This type of broiler farming is adopting the floor system to raise them. It can save the area of chicken house and increase the amount of broiler quantity

Secondly, when raising chickens in a floor raising mode, the chickens can directly contact the ground. Therefore, the faeces produced by the chickens are also directly on the ground. Broiler floor system is made of high-strength, wear-resistant polypropylene, the poultry flooring is designed for cage free chicken farm to replace wood floors in poultry house. Broiler poultry flooring system can separate poultry and manure, thereby inhibiting bacterial reproduction and growth

A: This broiler floor system is commonly practiced for rearing birds for hatching eggs production, particularly meat-type breeders. Here, a part of the floor area is covered with slats.
