Basic information

The layer poultry farm project is established to meet the need of our customers and to introduce our chicken cage system into their poultry farm, which will enhance the chicken living and save poultry farmers from lots of labour. This project is starting from raising 20,000 chicks 20,000 layers. There are two acre two chicken houses which have been constructed, the chicken cage system has been installed and ready for use

The layer house uses 3 rows 4 tiers chicken cage system. Each row is 42 sets and the total of 126 sets. Each set can feed 160 birds, total breeding 20,160 birds. It has lower level for concrete structure and the upper level for steel structure. So the chicken manure can fall into the bottom of the ground directly, no chicken manure pollution. The reason is that the design of the chicken cage system is that it provides a comfortable environment for the chicken

The chicken house size is as follows, the length is 100.0m width is 12,0m and the height is 2.5m, and it uses automatic drinking system, automatic feeding system and temperature control system to ensure the healthy growth of chicks. The chicken cage system is in housing chickens that are raised for meat consumption or laying of egg and this type of chicken’s are called the broilers or the layers

The chicken cage system is currently produced is goes through a hot-dip galvanizing process which is commonly used to make chickens play a better role in the more reflected in these aspects feeding process The chicken cage system is a kind of cage which is designed to confine the chickens until they are ready for consumption or for egg laying, which is convenient for poultry farmers to raise chickens and collect eggs, the cages used in a poultry farm are usually layer cage system
