Basic information

This project of 34,000 layers was officially carried out in other to help our customers, who have little or no idea about poultry farming using an automatic chicken cage system to have understanding about it. The method in which the layers can be housed is as follows, 4 layers and 5 rows with egg collection, manure removal system and feeding equipment. The breeding number of the layers is around 34,000 in a single building, and the house has an environmental control which is longitudinal ventilation system

This project uses Luoto 4 rows and 5 tiers automatic layer chicken cage. The length of the chicken house is 88.0meters, the width is 10.0 meters and the height is 4.0meters. The breeding capacity in a single house is 34,000 birds. The automatic layer chicken cage has a nipple drinking systems which allow the chickens to get water by pecking at a nipple. A trough runs along the length of the layer cage which makes feeding the hens very easy. The floors of layer chicken cages are sloped so that eggs roll down toward the troughs on one end of the cage, where the eggs are then carried away via conveyor belt

The automatic layer chicken cage comes with a feeding trough which is located on both side of the cage, and food is generally always available to the chickens. They must push their heads and necks through the wire mesh. The layer house is equipped with automatic layer chicken cage structure system which is made by 275gsm steel sheets with good corrosion resistance which keeps a long service life. With automatic drinking dosing system, there is no need to worry about the health problems of chicken drinking water. With automatic feeding systems, evenly deliver feed to each chicken
