Basic information

The project is located in a South Pacific island country with high humidity and high temperature, during the rainy season, the farm is always surrounded by fog in the morning. To cope with this climate, some parts of our cage equipment use special materials to prevent rust, due to local terrain and land constraints, the size of the pullet house is 60.0m x 7.0m x 3.0m, using 2 rows 3 tiers of pullet cage to raise 12,000 birds pullet. Layer house size is 50.0m x 14.0m x 4.0m, using 4 rows 3 tiers layer cage to raise 14,000 birds layer

Our cage equipment quality and after-sales service have been recognized by customers. At present, we have provided customers with 3 houses pullet cage and 3 houses layer cage. At present, the scale of the customer's farm is in the top three in the local area, but they believe that their farm scale will become top one in the local area cooperate with our company in the near future

When planning an integrated layer and pullet project, the most important issue is to secure the ability to supply a uniform quantity of eggs to the market at any given time. The best way to do this is by constructing one pullet and layer house that will provide three cycles of mature pullets for three layer houses during a one-year period. This method ensures uniform level of egg supply throughout the year, and optimal usage of the pullet house

Frequently ask questions

Q: What is a layer cage?

A: Layer cage is galvanized wire cages for chickens. They are used in poultry houses, specifically layer houses, for the easy management of hens and the eggs they lay

Q: What happens to layer cage hens when they stop laying?

A: Most are euthanized and then either sent for rendering to be converted into protein meal for feed or turned into pet food. Hens that are at the end of their laying life are considered a by-product of the egg industry, unlike broilers that are reared for meat and are a valuable food product

Q: How does using pullet cage help poultry farmers?

A: It reduces labor by the poultry farmer. This is because the chickens are well-organized and conducted to be in rows with several facilities for their feeding, carriers of their faeces droppings adequately positioned and the eggs rolling to the appropriate places designed in the battery cages

Q: What is the difference between pullet chicken cages and layer cage?
