Product description

The automatic feeding machine distributing systems consist of with an endless chain driven by the motor gears. It has a feed pan sensor where the ends of each feeding line controls the motors on and have to achieve automatic feeds delivery. When all the feeds pan are filled up with feed, the control box will stop the motors from working. After all the feeds have been eaten up, the automatic feeding machine restarts it feeding processes again

After the feeds are put into the hopper and the machine is started, the operations are continuous. Feeds in the hopper are moved to an outlet ports at the bottom of hopper. It falls through the opening onto the slowly moving chain. The chain, which travels through the trough, carries the feeds along with it out to the birds. The chicken feeding system run smoothly and the feeds traveling from the hopper flows evenly into the trough so that every chicken get the fresh feeds

The birds feed through the trough. The chicken breed feeds from a tank outside the chicken house where transports are from the feed system into the feeds silos, and then the conveying device transports feed to the traveling hopper according to the time which is set. When the last traveling hoppers are filled with feeds, then the conveying devices are stopped automatically
