This cage model includes plastic mesh inserts for chicks, automatic feeding troughs, and an integrated manure belt system.

Our automatic A frame battery cage system for brooders supports pullets from Day 1 onward. The growing process is staged, and automation evolves with the chick's maturity.

(1) Cage System

• Accessories: Cage doors (sliding/bolt type), partition grids, support clips, anti-escape latches, plastic floor mesh (for chicks), bolts, connecting plates, galvanized coating, rust-proof coating

• Structure: A-type stepped multi-tier horizontal design, 3–16 tiers; single cage unit size 90–100 cm × 60–65 cm × 40–45 cm; each unit accommodates 8–12 growing chickens

• Function: Provides a safe and stable environment, protects chick feet, facilitates cleaning and activity for growing chickens

  Floor mesh inclined 7–12° for smooth feces removal
  Chicks placed on lower tiers in early stage to protect feet
