Recently, our company took the client to the project site in one of our farm. We are highly confident in the quality of our equipment, allowing customers to feel the quality of the products on the spot. The project has been started in one of the countries where our branch is located at, a well known country. There are 3 layer-houses equipped with our H type cage systems, which is arranged 5 rows and 8 tiers per house. This project is progressing very smoothly. After the commissioning, the chicken can be put into cages

The houses have been built to be ready for use. The first is the automatic feeding system, which can shovel out the old feed and add new feed to ensure fresh feed supply. This is the automatic drinking system, which is equipped with filters and medicators to supply the clean water for chickens. While the automatic egg collection system is installed for collecting eggs safely and stably without breakage

The automatic manure removal system is employed to scrape off and transport the manure effectively out of the house while the climate control system consists of fans, cooling pads, and PLC, can dynamically regulate the temperature and humidity in the chicken house. The chicken manure drying equipment uses the hot air in the chicken house to dry the chicken manure, which is energy-saving and efficient

1. Manure scraper system

This system is primarily used to eradicate and get rid of the poultry manure in poultry farming cages. This helps to provide an optimal cage environment for your chickens the equipment comes in either two-blade or three-blade varieties, depending on the conformation of your poultry pen. The manure scraper machine adopts a full set of hot dip galvanizing technology and is made of high-quality steel plate, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life. The moving bearing belt moves along the length direction of the cage group to transport the chicken manure to one end, which scraped off by the scraper plate set at the end

2. Climate control system

The climate control system is a necessary part because for most chickens, their immunity is not very good and then of course tries to remain the poultry temperature stable is vital. Like our air conditioner in hot summer, comfort environment of chicken’s house needs a suitable climate control system to ensure they can grow up healthily. As the change of seasons and different ages of chickens have different traits and endurance capabilities, a flexible, practical and proper poultry climate control system is crucially demanded

3. Chicken manure dryer

It is designed to separate the liquid phase from the solid phase in a wide range of manure. This machine can be used to reduce the water content of animal dung. The solid content in the raw material can be 30-40%, and the moisture of final product is about 20% which cannot be squeezed out with hands. The separated solid and liquid phases can be handled in an easier and cheaper way. This can become a good source of income

4.  Automatic egg conveyer belt

This system uses an automatic tray which employs a mechanical system powered by energy which collects the egg that has rolled to the front of the cage, and moves it to a collection point for identification, classification and packaging. Its proper functioning should be constantly checked, and periodic maintenance must be carried out, the egg production cycle to ensure good efficiency, high quality, and safety, it is an important step to the egg collection
