The breeder chicken cage project is located in the one of the African countries which has a perfect position with a potential market and convenient transportation cost. For breeder cage farms, the eggs are valuable, perfect egg condition which ensures a higher hatching rate, there are 2 breeders building already in the farm which is using traditional raising system of feeders and drinkers, eggs are layed in wooden boxes

The egg broken rate is on the high side and it is not convenient to collecting eggs. Meanwhile, frequently go in and out of the breeding house for providing feed and water for breeders, the workers easily bring in germs into the poultry house, so the project turn into us bringing in our breeder chicken cage which has the advantages of convenient collection of eggs, easy management and reducing risk of disease transmission

This system was engineered with a cage stand and reinforces feeder trough support in heavy galvanized steel every 4 feet on every tier. This cage is created with fully automated system, which increases efficiency and lower labour cost. All a-frame cage systems are equipped with polypropylene manure deflectors to a bottom pit, without maintenance required until the end of the flock cycle

Features

1. It is equipped with hot galvanized, angle iron or 6mm thick steel flat, weaving process include cutting, stamping, bending, welding and forming.  The advantages of the mesh includes strong, sturdy and smooth

2. It has highly precise stainless steel ball, high sensitivity, 360 ̊ active sealed stem no leakage guarantees dry of chicken manure, installation, disassembly and convenient

3. The colour depends on your request, either white or green.  Plastic food trough material is raw polyethylene, super toughness, with anti-fall, anti-pressure, anti-aging

4. The trough is equipped with an adjustment plate, which can effectively meet the chick feeding at different growth stages, and has sufficient feeding, eating position, uniformity and health of the chicken

5. In front of poultry house there is a filter for water cleaning, a medicating tank and water meter

Breeding equipments and procedure

1. Breeder chicken house

Breeder chicken house is a building where pullets or baby chicks are raised. The breeder farms keep their flock for approximately a year. Another major difference is the variation in turn-around time, breeder farms usually take 6 weeks to be ready for new birds. The house will be 16.8m x 73.2m down the length of the center, we will pour a 1.8m concrete walkway with access to each breeder flocks’ area. Accommodations include 400 amp electric service, an in “house” water supply, and plenty of ventilation. Second on the to-do list, pour 180.0m concrete perimeters. That took 52 yards of concrete 

2. Breeder chicken cage (female and cock)

Breeding cage is designed for male and female rearing. The cage dimension is length is 1.88m, width is 2.01m and the height is 1.05m, every unit includes 4 doors. All the cage surface treatment is hot galvanized, durable and strong. Breeding cage helps to save labor works and easy to manage. It makes a high artificial insemination rate. It is equipped with automatic feeding system, automatic drinking system, automatic chicken manure removal system, automatic egg collection system.

3. Automatic equipment of drinking and feeding

The use of automatic lines in drinkers and feeders presents multiple advantages for feeding in poultry production. Automatic feeders and drinkers are equipment that facilitates this process in the poultry farm and are positioned as ideal solutions. On the one hand, they improve results at an economic level, and, on the other hand, they favor animal welfare and mitigate environmental impact. It is easy to operation and can adjust waterline height according to age of chicken, which improve the chicken's posture while drinking. It keeps older chickens from touching the nipple, decrease dripping, and keeps the manure dry

4. Automatic cooling system and ventilation 

The goal in most poultry houses is to evaporate water directly into the air. This removes heat from the air, decreasing air temperature. Two types of evaporative cooling systems are commonly used in poultry housing which is cooling pad and fan, also known as evaporative cooling pad, and ventilation air removes excess heat, moisture, dust and odours from the building and, at the same time, dilutes airborne disease organisms. Properly designed winter systems also conserve energy by utilizing heat generated by the birds
