This automatic layer project is located in Luanda City, Angola. This project was officially put into use few years ago. It uses our company 4 rows and 5 tiers automatic layer cage raising equipment. The length of the chicken house is 105 meters, the width is 12 meters and the height is 4.8 meters. The breeding capacity in a single house is 50,000 birds

A layer chicken cage has a nipple drinking systems included in the cages - these allow the chickens to get water by pecking at a nipple. A trough runs along the length of the layer cage which makes feeding the hens very easy. The floors of layer chicken cages are sloped so that eggs roll down toward the troughs on one end of the cage, where the eggs are then carried away via conveyor belt. A feeding trough is located on the other side of the cage, and food is generally always available to the chickens. They must push their heads and necks through the wire mesh

The layer house is equipped with cage structure system, made by 275gsm steel sheets with good corrosion resistance which keeps a long service life. With automatic drinking dosing system, there is no need to worry about the health problems of chicken drinking water. With automatic feeding systems, evenly deliver feed to each chicken

With automatic manure removal systems, the manure is transported to the outside of the chicken house in time, to ensure the hygiene inside the chicken house. The vertical egg collection machine designed by our company’s latest technology is used for egg collection inside the chicken house. This vertical egg collection method has received unanimous praise from customers, and all reflect that the egg broken rate has been reduced a lot

Components

1. Automatic manure removal system

The manure removal system is specially developed for layer chicken cage farms. The 

manure removal system directly transfers the chicken manure outside the chicken house and helps in the reduction of smell from the chicken house, it provides a clean and comfortable growing environment for the chicken, chicken to epidemic prevention effect to reduce the incidence of disease, while saving labour costs, save time and effort to improve the efficiency of breeding, this is the magic power of conveyor belt manure machine

2. Automatic egg collection

Automatic egg collection uses an automatic tray which employs a mechanical system powered by energy which collects the egg that has rolled to the front of the cage, and moves it to a collection point for identification, classification and packaging. Its proper functioning should be constantly checked, and periodic maintenance must be carried out, the egg production cycle to ensure good efficiency, high quality, and safety, it is an important step to the egg collection

3. Automatic drinker 

For bell drinkers, as for feeder pans on a line, the rim-to-rim distance between the drinkers should be 90.0m, so that birds may walk unimpeded to the nest. Any obstruction here will also result in floor eggs

4. Automatic feeding system

The automatic feeding system consists of hoppers that are specially designed for H frame cage system. It is connected with the augers which help to deliver the feed from silo to hopper and then transfers it to the feeding troughs. It is a very popular design for H-frame cage in poultry farms. Its working advantages includes the following process such as saving of labours, uniform feeding, easy to clean, not easy to hide food, the trough are 100% clean and the material is anticlastic
